These picot snowflakes require only a few skills to make: knitted cast, on, knitting, and binding off. Sew the centre circle together, then use glue or fabric stiffener to form an ornament.

- 15-20 yards of fingering weight yarn per snowflake
- sewing/yarn needle appropriate for assembly

- optional: ring to attach for hanging
- optional: seed beads, glitter, or coloured yarn for embellishment post-knitting
