Time Tracker Sheets
Available in Letter or A4 size, these printable PDFs each offer 3 pages to help understand our perception and use of time, which can be a challenge for those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and/or time awareness! These sheets may be used for planning and time-blocking, but they're really designed for recording:
- Page 1: How long it may actually take us to do tasks we may have strong feelings about (eg. aversion or over-reliance)
- Pages 2-3: How commuting, meals, and other self-care activities (including task-switching) can really make our time "disappear" too!
There is no perfect time-blocking, planning, or discipline--particularly if a schedule ignores our energy levels and self-care needs. But, if we know our time-management can use improvement, it's invaluable to know where our time and energy goes--not only so that our tweaks are realistic and helpful, but that they're also compassionate to ourselves.
