She Is Redeemed was born from my own journey through addiction, shame, and ultimately... grace. As a Christian woman in recovery, I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming the process can feel. I also know the power of surrender, scripture, and support in rebuilding a life anchored in faith.

This 6-week private coaching experience is for women who are ready to take bold, faith-filled steps toward lasting recovery. Whether you’re newly sober, sober-curious, or navigating life after addiction, this space is for you.

Each week, we’ll meet for a 30-minute 1:1 call where we’ll:

• Address emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges
• Incorporate biblical truths and mindset work
