[SPH] Walther P.38
The Walther P.38 is a 9×19mm Parabellum semi-automatic pistol developed by Germany in the late 1930s as a replacement for the Luger P08. It features a double-action/single-action (DA/SA) trigger system, an eight-round detachable magazine, and a short-recoil, locked-breech design with a tilting-block locking system. The pistol has a 125mm barrel, an overall length of 216mm, and weighs approximately 960g unloaded. Introduced in 1938, it became the standard sidearm of the Wehrmacht during World War II, prized for its reliability, ease of use, and innovative safety features. The P.38 influenced many post-war handgun designs and remained in military and police service for decades, with later models evolving into the Walther P1 and other variants.
