[SPH] MP-28

The MP-28 is a German submachine gun developed by Hugo Schmeisser in the late 1920s as an improved version of the earlier MP-18. Chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum, the MP-28 was widely exported and adopted by various police, military, and paramilitary forces during the interwar period and early World War II. Known for solid construction and reliability, it represented one of the notable transitional designs that helped shape early SMG development.

The weapon employs a straight blowback, open-bolt operating system and is fed by a 32-round detachable box magazine, inserted from the left side of the receiver. Its rate of fire typically averages around 450 rounds per minute. The MP-28 has an overall length of roughly 830 mm, making it compact and suited for close-quarters use.
