ListingLift Full Report Kit: Airbnb Listing Report You Build Yourself

Your free ListingLift score shows three quick wins. The Full Report Kit goes through everything else.

It is an instant download: one HTML file that opens in your web browser and works offline, plus a PDF guide. Paste in your listing title, description, amenities and house rules, add a few details about your place, and press Build. You get a printable report you can save as a PDF.

Your report includes

1. Full score breakdown. All six categories (title, description, amenities, photos, trust signals, rules clarity), every check explained, the points at stake and how to fix it, each linked to the Airbnb host resource page it is based on.
2. 10+ title options built from your own features using the patterns in Airbnb's example titles, each under 50 characters with the count shown.
3. Opening paragraph rewrite: two fill-in drafts of your description's first lines, using your features and distances.
4. Amenity gap list: about 50 common amenities by area, marked listed or not found.
5. First-5-photo order checklist compared against your current photo order.
6. House rules checker with suggested wording for rules that conflict with Airbnb's house rules policy, such as fines or cleaner-type chores, and wording for standard rule areas you have not covered.
7. 5-listing comparison worksheet for comparing your listing with nearby listings.
8. 30-day action plan built from your fixes, week by week.

Good to know

• Works offline. Nothing you type is uploaded or sent anywhere, and there is no account to create.
• It is built for one or a few listings. Use it as many times as you like.
• Best for laptops and desktops. It also runs on phones, but pasting and printing are easier on a computer.
• Takes about 15 minutes to fill in. Making the changes is up to you.

What it is not

This kit is best-practice guidance drawn from Airbnb's public Resource Center and Help Center. It does not measure or predict search ranking, and it cannot see your price, calendar or location, which Airbnb says also matter. No views, rankings or bookings are guaranteed. The score weights are Keel & Charter's own judgment.
