Coastal SC Host Bundle: Airbnb Listing Report Kit and STR Rules Data Pack

Good to know

The rules pack is a snapshot as of Oct 25, 2026 and does not update itself. Where an official source did not confirm something, the cell says unknown and is shaded gray. Pending changes are labeled as pending, including the City of Charleston amendment on the Oct 27, 2026 council agenda. The free site lowcountry-str-rules.pages.dev tracks changes after that date.

The report kit is best-practice guidance drawn from Airbnb's public Resource Center and Help Center. It does not measure or predict search ranking, and it cannot see your price, calendar or location. No views, rankings or bookings are guaranteed. The score weights are Keel & Charter's own judgment. Nothing you type into it is uploaded or sent anywhere.
