"Home" A Modern Folk Tune for Violin and Piano

"Home"is an original modern folk tune composed for Violin and piano ( also available is flute, clarinet, oboe and as a piano solo)

It is intended to be a reflective piece to think of one's homeland or place they love. It is written in concert D major a traditional song format, with verses, choruses and middle eight. It is a slow sentimental contemplative piece written with the intermediate player in mind- the violin range is one and a half octaves with the lowest note F sharp. Bowing has been left to the performer.
