What is Project Mass?

By 2021 Peter Khatcherian had buit a solid foundation of muscualr size and strength. Although his physique had reached an impressive level of muscularity, he had some weakness that needed to be addressed.

His back was very wide but needed more thickness to match his massive arms and shoulders

His chest was thick and powerful but he lacked an im pressive upper chest to match his massive trap development

His quads dominated his lower body and he needed to thicken up his hamstrings so that his physique had more symmetry from top to bottom.

In 2021 he crafted a specific trainnig program to adress these weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

The exct program is what you will find here in Project Mass! 

Who is this program for?

Anyone who wants a more muscular and thick physique. The entire body is trained for growth in this program but special attention is given to the muscles that really make a phsique look strong and powerful. The body parts that add thickness and density to your physique.

How long should I run this program?

Pete ran this program for 10 months out of the year in 2021. It can be run over and over again provided you take a deload week once every 6-12 weeks as needed. 

What’s included in the program?

5 Day high high frequency plan that focuses on density and thickness of the physique.

The program will include the exact sets and reps for you to train with as well as detailed explanations of how to perform the sets.
