Thirteen inspection and test plans for the specialist trades the first two ITP libraries did not cover, each a blank template plus a fully worked example set on the same fictional project so the records reconcile.

Every workbook has three sheets: Read Me First (activity-specific guidance and the current edition of every standard cited), Template (blank) and Worked Example - 250 inspection lines across the library, each with the activity, the acceptance criterion, the reference, the inspection level (Hold, Witness, Surveillance, Review), the record produced and three-party sign-off.

Standards at their current edition, checked against BSI, IGEM, ENA, ASFP and legislation.gov.uk on 16 September 2026 and re-checked after an independent review on 17 September: BS EN 13830:2015+A1:2020, BS EN 1995-1-1 (both generations), BS EN 16351:2021, BS 8417:2024, BS EN 13369:2023, BS 8102:2022, BS 594987:2024, BS EN 81-20/-50/-70/-28/-58/-73, BS 7255:2023, BS EN IEC 62305-1 to -4:2024, BS 7430:2026, BS EN 12845 with the LPC Rules, BS EN 1329-1:2026, BS 8490:2025, IGEM/UP/2 Edition 4 and IGEM/UP/1B Edition 4 (2026), BS EN IEC 61280-4-1/-4-2, BS EN IEC 62561-2:2025 and more. Withdrawn standards (BS 8000-13, BS 8486-1, BS 5268-2, BS 8200) are deliberately not cited. The highways ITP follows the September 2025 MCHW restructure (CC 201, CC 202, CC 601) and lists the old SHW clauses for contracts let against the previous edition.

The codes continue the ITP Library (C-101 to C-112) and the ITP Starter Pack (E-014 to E-021, M-022 to M-026). Matching site check sheets are sold separately as the Activity Check Sheet Library Volume 2.
