Breathing deeply and fully into our lungs releases sadness and grief, allowing us to let go of the past and be more fully present.

With gentle poses supported by blankets cushions and blocks this class is for anybody and everybody.
I will guide you as you place your body in to the cat, cow, puppy, butterfly, starfish, crocodile, sphinx, seal and more.

No experience is necessary.

These yin postures combine Chinese medicine and Hatha Yoga to increase the flow of energy around your body, targeting connective tissues and fascia release. This helps the body to get rid of waste products through the lymph system as well as increasing participants flexibility and range of movement.
