This course is intentionally designed to be not rushed.
Although there are four modules, you’re encouraged to leave a few days between each one to reflect, notice, and integrate what’s surfaced. This space is part of the work.
Some people move through the course over a few weeks, others take less or more time. There’s no “right” pace — only what feels supportive for you.

Each core video lesson is around 15–20 minutes long. In these sessions, Kathryn explains the concepts clearly and guides you through how to use the accompanying materials.
In addition, each module includes reflective activities — what she calls YourSelf Work — which you can spend as much or as little time on as feels right. Many people choose to return to these reflections over several days.

It’s not homework in the traditional sense. YourSelf Work are simply activities, using the exclusive, included worksheets, giving you space to pause, reflect, and meet yourself honestly.
Some activities are best done before watching a video, others after, and some are ongoing reflections you can revisit - timing is explained with each one. There’s no pressure to “complete” everything perfectly — the value comes from presence, not performance.
