Becoming Yourself™ is a structured 8-week guided group experience created for professionals who want to facilitate meaningful conversations about how people understand themselves, relate to themselves, and move through their relationships and everyday lives.

Built around Becoming Yourself: A Guided Journal, the experience takes participants through eight weeks of guided reflection, psychoeducation, discussion, practical exercises, and opportunities to carry new awareness beyond the group.

• Comprehensive Facilitator Companion (session plans, discussion prompts, activities, and clinical guidance)
• 8-Week Facilitator Cheat Sheet (a quick, week-by-week guide to keep you on track)
• Individual Facilitator License & Terms (use the program with multiple future cohorts, single facilitator license)

The facilitator's own journal is included so you can move through the same reflective work alongside your group.

Who This Resource Is For

This experience is intended for appropriately qualified professionals facilitating adult psychoeducational, therapeutic, personal-growth, wellness, or community-based groups within their professional scope.

The facilitator remains responsible for determining the appropriateness of the program for their population, adapting facilitation when clinically or professionally indicated, and responding appropriately to participant needs and safety concerns.

Licensing

Your purchase includes an Individual Facilitator License.

The license is assigned to the individual purchaser and permits that facilitator to use the Becoming Yourself™ program with multiple cohorts.

It does not provide an organization-wide license and does not permit sharing, reselling, reproducing, uploading, distributing, or transferring the facilitator materials to other professionals.

Each additional facilitator requires their own license.
