I created this course because the question I hear most often from women who want to journal is the simplest one: “I don’t know where to start.


I’ve been journalling in different forms for years — through seasons of confusion, growth, loss, and genuine transformation. What I know from that experience is that the practice isn’t about writing beautifully, or having profound thoughts, or being consistent in some perfect way. It’s about showing up honestly to the page, and letting that honesty do its quiet work.
