The shaping of this shawl is shallower in depth by only increasing along the center spine every other right side row.

Notions: US 4 (3.5 mm) 40” circular needle (or needle size required to obtain gauge)
Darning needle
2 stitch markers to note center, optional 40 markers for lace repeats
Gauge:
16 sts x 40 rows = 4” (10 cm) in blocked garter stitch
Gauge is not critical, but will affect size and yarn amounts needed.
