About This Course

Supervisor Decision-Making & Safety Leadership is self-paced practical H.S.S. training for supervisors, team leads, field training officers, shift leaders, managers, and emerging leaders. Learners complete real-world decision activities, seven knowledge checks, an application scenario, and a 25-question final assessment. A score of at least 85% is required. Successful learners receive a signed downloadable H.S.S. Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months. This educational course does not replace employer-specific requirements or third-party credentials.
