By purchasing this audio file, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song in connection with a funeral, memorial, or remembrance service. You MAY:

play the song during a funeral, memorial, wake, or remembrance service — in a church, chapel, funeral home, crematorium, cemetery, private residence, or any other place where the service is held;

include the song in a personal memorial video or slideshow honoring the deceased, intended for family and friends (non-commercial use only);

store copies of the file on your personal devices (phone, computer, USB drive, cloud) for preparing and conducting the service;

provide the file to a funeral director, audio technician, or venue staff solely for playback at the specific service.

You MAY NOT (without prior written permission from the author):

resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the file to third parties for reuse;

upload the song to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) under your name;

use the song in advertising for funeral services, on funeral home websites or promotional videos, in monetized YouTube content, or in any other commercial project;

modify, remix, sample, or create derivative works based on the song;

claim authorship of the song.

Funeral homes, memorial service providers, and other commercial entities wishing to use this song in their services to clients must obtain a separate commercial license.

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.) and may result in legal action.
