By purchasing this audio file, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song in connection with the farewell or memorial of a beloved pet. You are not purchasing the copyright. All rights in the music, lyrics, arrangement, and recording remain the property of the author.

You MAY:

play the song during a farewell or memorial gathering for your pet — at home, at a veterinary clinic, at a pet crematorium, at the burial site, or any other place where the farewell takes place;

include the song in a personal memorial video, slideshow, or photo tribute dedicated to your pet, for private use and for sharing with family and friends;

post a memorial video featuring this song on your personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) — provided the post is not monetized and is not used to promote any products or services;

play the song during a livestream of the farewell for family members and friends who cannot attend in person;

store copies of the file on your personal devices (phone, computer, USB drive, cloud);

provide the file to a veterinarian, crematorium staff member, or other professional solely for playback at the specific ceremony.

You MAY NOT (without prior written permission from the author):

resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the file to third parties for reuse;

upload the song to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) under your name;

use the song in advertising for veterinary or pet aftercare services, on websites or promotional videos of veterinary clinics, pet crematoriums, or pet stores, in monetized YouTube content, or in any other commercial project;

modify, remix, sample, or create derivative works based on the song;

claim authorship of the song.

Veterinary clinics, pet crematoriums, animal shelters, rescue organizations, and other commercial or public entities wishing to use the song in client services or public-facing materials must obtain a separate commercial license.

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.) and may result in legal action.
