You MAY:

• provide the file to a funeral director, audio technician, or venue staff solely for playback at the specific service.

You MAY NOT (without prior written permission from the author):

• resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the file to third parties for reuse;
• upload the song to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) under your name;
• use the song in advertising for funeral services, on funeral home websites or promotional videos, in monetized YouTube content, or in any other commercial project;
• modify, remix, sample, or create derivative works based on the song;
• claim authorship of the song.

Funeral homes, memorial service providers, and other commercial entities wishing to use this song in their services to clients must obtain a separate commercial license.

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.) and may result in legal action.
