This is a prerecorded three month training series for pastors and church leaders. There are no live classes and no Zoom meetings. Each training is approximately 20 to 30 minutes and can be watched whenever your schedule allows.

We’re getting the house in order. We’ll talk about leadership roles, accountability, reporting structure, responsibilities, and what should and should not be going directly to the pastor.

NOVEMBER 20

SYSTEMS

We’re putting processes in place. We’ll talk about the policies and procedures your church needs for areas such as money handling, spending, reimbursements, benevolence, building use, keys, access, and more.

DECEMBER 20

FUNDING

We’re getting ready for 2027. We’ll talk about what makes a church program funding ready, including your program, budget, population served, measurable outcomes, documentation, and funding needs.

Each month includes a practical assignment to help you apply what you learned to your own church.
