Torana

Torana was inspired by an artist rendition of a butterfly bag. Ours offers the butterfly, and we have added a dragonfly and plain version. The bag may be made in garment weight leather, vinyl or fabric.

Many of the pieces may be cut by dimension. There is a full pattern you may print and assemble. We have also included a one page pattern. You may use that with a projector or have a local print shop create a one page pattern.

This is "professional" level pattern as it requires a higher level of experience than the average bag. The Torana has rounded corners, hidden strap connectors and appliques. The edges of the appliques will need to be painted. We recommend holographic vinyl or shimmery fabric for the appliques to create a stunning, boutique look.

If making the plain version, you may use or omit the center strap as desired.

Distribution, copying in any form or re-selling PDF patterns in whole or in part is expressly forbidden. Please feel free to sell finished items you personally make using a Frankie T pattern. However, these patterns are not for use in mass production. Additionally, contracting a third party to reproduce the pattern pieces in any form or to produce finished bags made from our patterns is prohibited.However, copy shop printing for personal use is permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell our patterns to any individual.
