Triangle Module sides should be 3” long
You don’t need to be exactly on gauge, as long as you are making a fabric you like and your triangles hold their shape nicely, your gauge is good.
FinishingBecause this is knit modularly and you do have to cut the yarn between each triangle module, there are a lot of ends to weave in. The ends are also used to make the triangle points more neat and tidy.
