UK Edition: Delivery Note Matching Task Box: Checking Deliveries, SEND, KS4 and Post-16

A work task box for checking paperwork, for KS4 and post 16 pupils with SEND. Checking what came in against what was ordered is a common entry level task, and most of it is careful reading.

What pupils practise

Pupils match each piece of paperwork to its order by number, then check the date, every item and every quantity. At Level C they compare every line and decide match or check. When something does not match, they do not fix it themselves. They fill in a check slip and tell a supervisor, which is the habit I want them to take into a real job.

Good for supported internships, work experience preparation and Preparing for Adulthood outcomes.
