Window of Tolerance Mapping Package
In this package you will find both a colour and printer friendly version (let's face it, ink is expensive) version of my window of tolerance package I use with clients and in my own journey.
This is something I call "mapping" our nervous system states. This can be extremely helpful for navigating emotional regulation leading to an improved mental wellness.
This can be used for teachers, therapists, coaches and even personal use. You will find a detailed description of our neurobiological responses to limbic shifts, aka the biology behind our emotional regulation, or when we shift out of our regulated brain.
