See your lowest bank balance over the next 12 months, which month it falls in and how many months of runway you have. Every BAS, PAYG, super, payroll tax and income tax payment is placed on the date it is actually due.

For Australian sole traders and small companies that want to see the tax crunch coming before it arrives.

What it works out for you:

  • A 12-month cash forecast: your opening bank balance, cash from customers based on their payment terms (debtor days), payments to suppliers based on their terms, net wages, loans, equipment and other money in and out
  • GST on your BAS, quarterly or monthly, on a cash or accrual basis, with the due date for how you lodge: paper (28 Oct, 28 Feb, 28 Apr, 28 Jul), online with the 2-week concession, or the 2026–27 BAS agent lodgment program (25 Nov, 28 Feb, 26 May, 25 Aug). It also covers the December monthly concession (21 February)
  • PAYG withholding (monthly or quarterly) and PAYG instalments (amount or rate method)
  • Payday Super, which started on 1 July 2026: every payday gets its own super payment, due within 7 business days, counted past weekends and national public holidays
  • Optional payroll tax for any state or territory, using the 2026-27 thresholds and rates and each state's due dates
  • Your income tax bill on the date that fits your situation, for example 21 November if you lodge your own return, or 15 May for a company through a tax agent
  • Workers comp and insurance premiums (annual, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly)
  • Due dates that fall on a weekend are moved to the next business day
  • A dashboard with your lowest point, the month it happens, months below your minimum-cash buffer, months of runway, and tax, super and premiums for the year, with plain-English warnings
  • "What's due next": every payment in date order, with how many days away it is

What's inside: Home, Dashboard, Setup, Sales & Receipts, Costs & Payments, Payroll & Super, Premiums, Forecast, What's Due Next, Compliance Calendar, Tax Workings, Checks, Rules & Dates, and Notes & Sources. A worked example is included, so you can see how it works before you type over it.

Every due date, rate and threshold was checked on ato.gov.au, legislation.gov.au and the state and territory revenue office websites on 24 October 2026. Sources are listed in the file.

Built and checked by a CPA. Every formula tested against a separate calculation.

Not included: FBT, fuel tax credits, TPAR, grouping and interstate wages for payroll tax, regional payroll tax discounts, and the SA sliding payroll tax rate between $1.5m and $1.7m. The Victorian payroll tax annual return date could not be confirmed on the day and is marked in the file for you to check.
