You can use a vertical panel or a horizontal panel, or running yardage. Sometimes the panels that are wider than they are long are hard to work with. Here is an easy way to frame the panel and give it a bit of length. If you’d like it longer for a lap quilt, all you need to do is to add a border to the top and the bottom! I used Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 V-Block® and Square Squared®rulers, but have included templates if you don’t have the rulers. The Migration collection by Northcott is shipping to store in June 2024.
