Are you looking for a simple way to build a strong resilient body at home with no or limited equipment?

Not every one has access to or even feels comfortable going to a gym.

And with so much conflicting information out there trying to figure out WHAT to do at home can leave you in a state of paralysis by analysis.

So let's make it simple.

At Wild Life we like to focus on movements that we are biologically designed to engage in, not what is currently trending on social media.

Enter the Primal Movement Patterns.

These are the 7 fundamental movement patters that cover essential human movement:

  • Squatting.
  • Bending.
  • Lunging.
  • Pushing.
  • Pulling.
  • Rotating.
  • Locomotion (i.e. gait)

The Pri-Move programme is a movement practice that meets you where you are right now

Pri-Move is a self-assessed movement programme, meaning it starts at the level that you are at right now and progresses as you progress.

The programme can be used as a stand alone strength practice or as an add on to an existing one.

No equipment is needed, although minimal kit can be advantageous, but this can be low or even zero cost.

What will I get from Pri-Move?

Designed especially for those over 40 who are balancing family, work, social life and personal health, Pri-Move provides you with the necessary tools, guidance and support to develop your own full body strength practice.

A long-lasting, realistic practice, created by you that is for you.

  • Access to easy to follow videos and support material allowing you to complete the programme at your own pace.
  • Access to 'Ember', our FREE 14-day habit formation programme.
  • You will complete a self-guided strength assessment to establish a non judgemental baseline from which to flourish. T
  • You will learn the fundamentals of movement and create a personalised, foundational movement practice that suits your body, energy and goals.

Our Impact

Artboard 1

So nearing the end of Week 6 and I thought I’d see what has changed in that time.

My MAF walk resulted in 30% further than Week 1.

My strength movements ranged between 5% – 20% improvement.

I have a greater range of motion in my torso than when I started and movement is much freer all over.

I have more energy and I sleep consistently 8-8.5 hrs.

My stress levels will always fluctuate but I feel more able to take myself away from escalating and uncontrolled to a more measured handling of the situation.

I’ve taken 8cm off my waist and 3cm off my hips. I’ve lost a total of 10lb which I’m delighted about.

I’ve enjoyed most of my culinary experiments.

My planning and execution still need some finessing, but I’m seeing and feeling the benefits.

Thanks everyone who has been on this journey with me, and in particular Kelley Hann and Glenn White whose drive and determination made this all possible . Now to continue, onward, upward, forward.

Artboard 1

I joined the 14 Day Wild.Life Reboot three years ago, not realising how impactful it would be for my life ahead. Not long after completing the course, my health took a sudden downturn,

and I became homebound for a significant period. It was an incredibly tough time, but the tools and mindset shared during the Reboot stayed with me and quietly became a lifeline.

As I adjusted to a new reality, I began to take control of what I could: creating a gentle sleep routine, paying more attention to my eating habits, prioritising rest, and finding new ways

to relax. Though my ability to walk was severely limited, I still found a way to stay connected to nature by simply sitting in the garden, watching the birds and breathing in fresh air.

One of the most valuable things I learned was how to build in small, manageable movements. Nothing big or overwhelming, just gentle, intentional activity that suited where I was physically. That practice gave me a sense of progress and control during a time when

both were hard to find.

Some of the tools for relaxation, like binaural beats and the acupressure mat, were things I’d never have thought to try before the programme, but they became such helpful companions through pain and fatigue. Over time, those small daily habits supported my

recovery and helped me feel more grounded.

Now, four years on, I’m feeling stronger and more active, yet the principles I learned through the Reboot remain deeply rooted in how I live. They remind me that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from gently and consistently showing up for ourselves, day after day. That compassionate approach helped me shift my focus to what was truly possible, and from those small, steady steps, real and lasting change began to

grow.

If you’re thinking about joining 5 CIRCLES, I truly recommend it.
