Kelly is a few weeks pregnant and slightly showing when she stubs her toe badly and ends up in a term cast with toe spica. As the clip opens, she navigates changing into jeans using a plastic bag over her casted foot to get them on. Her feet are already a bit swollen, and her four exposed toes hang out of her cast because she can't get anything to easily cover them with her toe spica and cast heel in the way. So she hops to get her crutches and venture out of her building. In the hallway though, she checks out the window and notices its training meaning aside from hobbling around pregnant on one good foot her casted toes will get all wet. She crutches through the hall and takes the elevator down, and then crutches out to the outside landing. It’s still raining so she decides to wait inside a but until it passes so her remaining bare, uncasted toes don't get soaked. She sits and waits (casted toe closeups) but after a few minutes she gets bored and it’s still raining. She's got things to do though and struggles down the staircase to the lower floor which has an exit closer to the next door cafe she wants to get to allowing less time getting soaked in the rain.
