A taste of Québec, rediscovered far from home.
The first print run of Québec Kitchen Abroad: Recipes & Food Stories from Canada’s Belle Province Revisited in the Antipodes is now complete and on its way to Australia.
This 288-page, richly illustrated edition offers recipes and stories celebrating Québec’s culinary heritage through a creative lens. Written and photographed by Annemarie Bolduc, a francophone Québécoise living in Australia’s High Country, the book brings French-Canadian comfort food to life with warmth and authenticity.
Featuring over 80 recipes, this edition weaves together stories, regional insights, and photography that capture the spirit of Québec cuisine from an expat perspective.
