This eBook includes a holistic health assessment for mental health clinicians, to better understand the factors affecting their clients' mental health.  It also includes holistic, natural health suggestions for clinicians to guide clients, addressing ADHD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.  There is a simplified guide for clients as well.  The topics covered in the assessment and guides include:

Please note that the eBook is in both PDF and ePub formats.  It is designed to print as a booklet using only 4 sheets of paper on both sides.  When printing from Adobe PDF Reader, choose the Booklet option and Print on Both Sides, if your printer has that option.  If not, you will have to print on one side then turn the paper over to print on the other and complete the booklet.  Of course, printing the document is completely optional, but it would help to use during the assessment session as well as to give the client a handout.  If you have an iPad, iPod, or iPhone, you may optinally download the ePub version to directly open as an iBook; however it will not have booklet formatting.  For Kindle format, if you have a 2nd generation Kindle, you can open in PDF format by downloading the file and emailing to your Kindle email address or you can drag and drop PDF files from your computer to your Kindle device via USB.
