Volume of Cylinders Cones and Spheres Hole Punch Game | Geometry Practice
Add a quick game-style activity to your volume unit with this Volume of Cylinders, Cones, and Spheres Hole Punch Game. Students practice finding volume using cylinders, cones, and spheres while earning hole punches based on their answers.
Students complete 10 volume problems and have two chances to answer each problem correctly. The number of attempts determines how many hole punches they earn, adding a simple game component to the practice.
This activity includes problems with whole number and decimal values for radius, diameter, and height. One combined problem with a sphere and cone is also included to give students additional practice applying volume formulas in context. Students have space on the game board to show their work as they solve.
