Workplace soft skills scenario cards for high school special education and vocational classes. 40 job situations with A B C choices, so students practice the moments that actually end first jobs: late without a call, arguing with a coworker, phone out.

Why I made this: Soft skills, not the task itself, are what end a lot of first jobs. I keep a set clipped to the job site binder. Before a work day we pull a few cards, talk through the choices, then role play or use them as a quick check.

How I use it: small group or whole class discussion, scoot, centers, or quick checks before a job site day. I print them 6 to a page on cardstock.
