This calm, thoughtfully curated digital space removes the stress, sensory overload, and pressure of traditional wedding fairs. Instead, you can browse at your own pace, explore supportive suppliers, and discover products and services that understand and accommodate neurodivergent needs from sensory-friendly attire and communication-aware vendors to planning tools built with clarity and accessibility in mind. This fair empowers you to create a wedding experience that feels comfortable, authentic, and completely aligned with who you are.

The tickets provide guests access to the fair, resources, and exhibitors.

• No requirement to attend live for guests who prefer minimal interaction. PDF summaries of sessions are available

• Access event replay for 28 days
• Free digital welcome pack worth over £49, that includes the latest edition of Altered Image Magazine (RRP £6.99), A unique sensory‑calm wedding guide and vendor directory, 10% gift voucher off selected products and services including, ‘Ketchup confidence book’, classes and tutorials and personalised sensory‑calm wedding services.

What do I get when I register/ purchase my ticket?

On purchasing the ticket, you will receive the schedule for the event, online calendar invitations and a frequently asked questions guide. You will also receive your unique sensory‑calm wedding guide so that you can maximise your fair experience.

24 hours before the event, you will be sent the link to the live and recorded sessions that will be available from the start time of the event. You will have full access to these during the event and for 28 days afterwards. Once the event is live, we are unable to process any refunds beyond this point. You will also be able to view more information about the sessions, speakers, providers and workshops taking place.

Immediately after the event, you will be sent your copy of Altered Image Magazine, the vendor directory and your 10% off gift voucher (valid for 12 months).
