Sewing Machine Mat & Tool Organiser – A Practical Sewing Project

These patterns are available for free, or you can choose to pay what you feel they’re worth to support my work.

You will need:

• 75cm x 110cm wide craft cotton fabric
• 75cm x 50cm wadding
• 3m of 2.5cm wide bias binding
• Template
• Sewing machine
• Basic sewing kit (including marking tool and pins)
• Fabric clips

Seam allowances are 1cm throughout this project.

Recommended Fabrics:

Craft cottons, quilting cottons, or medium-weight cotton fabrics work well for this project.

This is a functional make that helps create a tidier, more comfortable sewing setup and can also be customised with quilting, applique, or simple decorative stitching if desired.
