The Regular and Reserve field units and training facilities use the G Wagon - Light Utility Vehicle Wheeled (LUVW) to provide tactical transport in the areas of command and control, liaison, reconnaissance, and military police. A 2.7-liter, 5-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine powers the G Wagon - LUVW. It is compatible with a kit for customized armor protection systems.
