SCOPE

The CSV utility loads both files into memory. It is intended for bounded extracts, not a streaming million-record engine. It does not connect to databases, infer mappings, normalise dates, execute replay, inspect binaries or validate regulatory compliance. Text comparison is exact and case-sensitive; empty text equals empty text, while a blank decimal is invalid. Tolerances are absolute and shared across selected decimal fields, so use separate runs for fields with different units or tolerances.

COMPATIBILITY

LibreOffice native recalculation checked on 12 October 2026. Microsoft Excel desktop remains unverified. The unchanged v0.1 guide records the earlier compatibility status. Run the worked example in your intended spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros or external workbook links. No DOCX or PDF documents are supplied.
