MGCA SaaS Exit and Data Portability Pack
WHO IT IS FOR
Service owners and technical teams planning a supplier exit.
WHEN TO USE IT
Plan and verify an exit that preserves usable data, attachments, metadata and operating responsibilities before cancellation.
An export/import reconciliation workbook, exit gates and editable dependency/transition record.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Editable XLSX workbook with clean working templates and separate fictional worked examples; offline printable HTML guide; text decision record; quick-start instructions and licence terms.
Additional files: Exit_Transition_Record.txt.
Version 0.1. Digital ZIP download.
SCOPE
No supplier integration or data export tool is included. CSVs, counts and bytes need independent evidence. This pack does not determine retention law, termination rights or deletion compliance. Use approved contractual and data-retention requirements.
COMPATIBILITY
LibreOffice native recalculation checked on 12 October 2026. Microsoft Excel desktop remains unverified. The unchanged v0.1 guide records the earlier compatibility status. Run the worked example in your intended spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros or external workbook links. No DOCX or PDF documents are supplied.
LICENCE AND SUPPORT

Client-delivery licensing requires separate agreement. Supplied-file defect support: sales@mgca.co.uk.
