The story of the 33 main companions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW
Abdullah bin Salam: Candidate for Residents of Heaven
Abdullah bin Salam was the chief Jewish priest who converted to Islam. Every word he says always attracts people's attention. He is also known to be friendly and very pleasant. So people often call him a resident of heaven.
One night, he had a dream. A man came to see him and told him to get up and asked him to leave. "Come on follow me!" At that time he forbade Abdullah to walk on the left. "You must take the road on the right which is brightly lit."
Abdullah then followed the bright path. He arrived at a garden that was fertile, spacious and full of beautiful green trees. In the middle of the garden there is an iron pole. The iron pole was stuck in the ground and its tip reached the sky. At the top there is a gold-plated hall. Abdullah then climbed the pillar and arrived at the gold-plated hall.
The next morning, the dream was told to the Prophet Muhammad. Then he explained, “The road on the left is the road to hell. While the road on the right is the road to heaven. The park symbolizes the Islamic religion. The pole stuck in the middle of the garden means a religious pole. Meanwhile, the gold-plated hall means a firm and strong grip. So that you are safe, you must always hold on to it until the end of your life..."
