UNIT 4: Beginning Blends {PHONICS 4 Reading}

Welcome to Unit 4 of the PHONICS4Reading program! This program is designed to help students go from “learning to read,” to “reading to learn.” This phonics program provides year-long practice through interactive hands-on activities. This is UNIT 4: Beginning Blends.

★ Know and apply phonics and word analysis in decoding words.

★ Know the spelling-sound correspondences for common consonant blends.
