Your Microsoft 365 renewal and the Copilot question usually land on the same desk at the same time. This pack answers both in pounds, from your own quote, with a one-page board summary for each.

Bought separately they cost £68. Together they're £55.

WHAT'S IN THE PACK

1. UK M365 2026 Price-Rise & Plan-Mix Optimiser (normally £29)

- Compare up to eight renewal scenarios side by side: renew as-is, pay annually, remove unused seats, move light users to Business Basic, consolidate into Business Premium, with or without Teams

- UK list prices dated 21 Oct 2026 in one editable table – overwrite them with your reseller's quote

- Annual vs annual-paid-monthly (+5%) vs monthly term

- Printable board summary with the key renewal dates, including the 7-day window to reduce seats

2. Copilot Business Case & ROI Calculator (normally £39)

- Break-even minutes per week for every role

- Four licence routes compared: Copilot Business add-on (£16.10 list, £13.80 promo for purchases 1 Jul–31 Dec 2026), Business Standard or Premium "with Copilot", or Microsoft 365 Copilot

- Pilot vs targeted rollout vs everyone, with 3-year cost, payback month and a sensitivity row

- Year 2 priced at list, not the promo, plus the costs people forget (training, partner fees, admin time)

- One-page board summary with a recommendation

Use them together: run the Optimiser to find the cheapest sensible plan mix, then put only the roles that pass the break-even test onto Copilot.

Runs on your own computer. No Microsoft sign-in, no tenant access, no uploads, no subscription. Excel 2016 or later, Microsoft 365, LibreOffice or Google Sheets (the Optimiser also runs in any modern browser).

For UK SMB owners, finance managers, IT leads and MSPs, 5–300 seats.

After buying, you'll get access to both downloads in your Payhip account.
