Transition Days - Meeting your new class.

This document covers the transition period that you get to spend with your class before you become their teacher in the new term (normally August / September). It covers a range of activities that you can complete with your class on the transition day and my advise on how to get the most out of your time, and the questions you need to find the answers to during transition.  It also covers the preperation I would recommend before starting the new term, whilst also talking about the first couple of days in your role as a new teacher.
