Umm Aiman: Remaining Family Members of Rasulullah SAW

Umm Aiman was the nanny of the Prophet who had subtle feelings and high piety.

When the Prophet was left behind, his mother Siti Aminah died. She immediately took on the role of the Prophet's biological mother, a substitute for his mother Siti Aminah.

She was so close that the Apostle even considered her as her own biological mother. The Apostle often called her 'Mother'.

The Prophet once said, "She is the remaining member of my family and she is my mother after my mother..."

In the past, Umm Aiman was a slave to the Prophet's father, Abdullah bin Abdul Muttalib. Then when Rasul married Siti Khodijah, Rasul then set her free.

Apart from being the Apostle's caretaker, she was also an intelligent and brave woman. He narrated 5 hadiths from the Prophet.

Umm Aiman became one of the first female friends to believe in and embrace Islam. During the Battle of Uhud and Khaibar, he helped distribute drinking water and care for injured Muslim troops.

Meanwhile, during the Hunain War, he participated in the jihad with his two sons. Aiman and Usamah. At that time he remained steadfast to see his son Aiman die as a martyr.

Followed by the martyrdom of her beloved husband, Zaid bin Haritsah, in the Mu'tah war. Meanwhile, Umm Aiman died, 5 months after Rasulullah died.
