In this multi-volume series, the first volume(s) (Parts I and II) dealt with the origin and birth of humankind (such as Homo Habilis, Homo erectus, Homo sapiens, etc.) and civilizations in Africa, and their spread from Africa as well as selected civilizations and cultures created by Africans outside Africa such as those by the Aurignacian, the Gravettian, all through to those of the Proto-Saharans (Sumerians, Cretans, Dravidians, Shang, etc.). African civilizations in Africa will be discussed in separate volumes. In this volume, evidence for genetics, linguistics, (and writing systems that unite the Proto-Saharans and demonstrate their Africanness) is provided.
