Walk in Boston # 8, the trendy Fort Point & Seaport Districts
This self-guided walk brings you in a part of Boston that has been transformed a lot in the 2010s. It is one of the 4 essential walks to get to know the city center better.
At Seaport, the large open -air parking lots are now housing towers with contemporary architecture. Fort Point disused industrial buildings have been converted into luxury apartments.
You will also see older places but always with an industrial connotation, many restaurants, a few museums, a chapel with an eventful history and you will have superb views of the Financial district skyscrapers when walking along charming pathways.
