Her Wild Coast Hero Audiobook

Coming back to the Wild Hearts series has me wondering what took me so long! This is the fifth book in the series and though can be heard as a standalone, you will want to go back and listen to the rest! Ever since her father took Brian under his wing at the fire department, Darcy has had a crush on him. Never acting on it until it was time to go to college, she took a chance and asked him to be her first. Gently, he turns her down, but when she comes home due unexpectedly, things change. A no strings attached relationship starts with an end date of her going back to school. Heartbroken, she goes back to be taken advantage of by another man and now things become a bit heated. Will she tell Brian her true feelings and what happened to her? Will she go back to college and try to forget him? Will Brian follow his heart? So many things are happening, and it's the kind of relatable, realistic events that happen every day. Dakota Davies writes this story with true emotions and relevant issues tearing my heart bit by bit and slowly putting it back together. I love this story and am so happy to hear Darcy and Brian's journey.

Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby are an amazing team and bring the story to life. Voller portrays Darcy, full of spunk, ready to take on the world until she isn't. Her emotions are vulnerable and easy to hear. Brian comes through with all the warmth and protectiveness he has as Tyler Darby creates him. Darby brings out all Brian's qualities with his nuances and inflections, letting us know exactly what he is feeling. These two are fantastic together and made for an amazing listen.

The narrators Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby, were brilliant. They really brought the whole story Alive and did the characters great justice.

I absolutely loved this book.. I love Dakotas books in this series.
This is age gap and forbidden trope..
Darcy has always been in love with Brian.
Brian works with her dad at the fire department and they're good friends too. So she is totally off limits for him.
But Brian has secretly had feelings for her which he squashes because of age difference and her dad.

But Darcy will not give up and is willing to show Brian she is the grown woman that he could love.

You will not be disappointed, so give this book a read.

Incredibly dirty, filthy minds are a terrible thing to waste. Thankfully, Brian Ambrose and Darcy Reyes manage to keep atrophy at bay. 🔥❤🔥 There's a story in between all of the sizzling encounters, and it's a good one, but their chemistry definitely kept me warm on these cold, dark nights.

My heart still hurts for the very real-life experiences that Darcy goes through, but I'm glad that it was put out there, as it makes their HEA that much sweeter.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators, Tyler Darby and Allyson Volle, are very enjoyable to listen to or read (I've done both!). 🎧😍

Oh my goodness, this was an intense story. I loved it! The characters are awesome and the storyline is amazing. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't put it down until I was finished reading it. I definitely recommend reading this and look forward to reading more.

This is book 5 in Davies' Wild Hearts series and can be read as a standalone but once you listen / read one, you'll find yourself hooked! This is Brian Ambrose and Darcy Reyes' journey to a HEA and Davies' delivers yet again with wonderful, relatable characters with amazing steamy chemistry. Smooth flowing and captivating storyline that is sure to grab your attention and not let go. Beautiful narration that brings these characters to life. Really, there is nothing not to like about this book - except I want more, more, more!
