HSZSolutions™ Consultant Licence — Single Engagement

You have a client who needs a working HSEQ system. You should not need a separate product licence for each deliverable.

The HSZSolutions™ Single Engagement Consultant Licence gives you the legal right to deploy, customise, and implement any HSZSolutions™ product within a single client engagement.

One licence. All five products. One client organisation. Valid for up to 12 months.

What this licence covers:

• Deploy any or all HSZSolutions™ products with one client organisation
• Customise with your client's branding, site name, and organisation structure
• Implement the system and train client staff
• Include in your consulting deliverables and project handover documentation
• Adapt the frameworks to your client's industry and regulatory context

Products covered — all five:

• HSZ CAPA Pro V2.0 (SharePoint, Power BI)
• HSZ Incident Pro V2.0 (SharePoint, Power BI)
• HSZ Risk Assessment System V1.0 (SharePoint)
• ISO 45001 Starter Bundle (Gap Assessment + Implementation Framework)
• HSZ Lab Safety Essentials Kit

All delivered via Microsoft SharePoint. Your client accesses everything through their existing Microsoft 365 account — no new software, no IT approval required.

What this licence does not permit:

• Use with more than one client organisation — upgrade to Annual for unlimited clients
• Redistribution or resale of HSZSolutions™ products as standalone items
• Sub-licensing to other consultants
• Removing HSZSolutions™ attribution from client deliverables
• Using HSZSolutions™ frameworks as the basis for a competing commercial product

3. SharePoint access is provisioned for your client within 1 business day
4. You receive the Consultant Licence Agreement to countersign
