I am very experienced life coach and counsellor.

I like to help and guide people, on the path right for them!

I especially work with couples working through issues, as well as young people helping with issues like depression

Email counselling is ideal if you are in need of frequent or infrequent emotional support but don't have the confidence or ability to talk in person or via the telephone.

About me

I use a combination of humanistic, transnational analysis and cognitive behavioral therapy depending on your preference and needs.

I have a level 4 diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and am from a back ground of 10 years of therapeutic, holistic and spiritual counselling.
Also, as I am a naturally gifted psychic, I can sometimes, use my in sight to help & guide you furthermore,
I do meditate when needed. It is true clearing negative energy, can always have a benefit effect.

I will help and advice you, giving you as much practical advice.

Understand this is only a WEEK  message/ email service.
If you feel would need a longer session, it can be arranged, and i will continue working & guiding you.
It can be arranged, just message first, so I know what you require.

After payment, message what counselling or life coach is for, and name if like.
I will then welcome you, and allow you to tell me what you like.

I do ask, to not be I reasonable rude. I get, things can be difficult, but understand, I am here to listen and guide, giving needed emotional support, not to be attacked!
