Happy Hat and Cuffs gives you the pattern to make both the beanie style hat and the cute cuffs. The clever crown shaping is hidden in the cables and makes the hat an interesting project to make, whilst the cuffs are great as an introduction to cabling.

Hat circumference 42cm, length 20cm
Cuffs circumference 13cm, length 20cm
Yarn: Worsted/Aran weight yarn, sample made from Purl Alpaca Designs Medium, 77 m/50g, 100% British alpaca (2 balls for hat, 1 ball for cuffs)
Tension: 22 sts and 24 rows to 10cm square over Cable Rib using 5mm needles
Needles: 4 and 5 mm straight needles for cuffs, 4 and 5 mm 40cm circular or DPNs for hat.
Notions: 5 mm cable needle, darning needle.
