Busy Lives?
Whether your job is in an office, as a teacher, nurse, in retail, self employed, home maker or any other kind - we are all so busy with work, it's hard to find the time to relax, reflect and just be ourselves. If you feel under pressure to increase productivity, work more hours or if you are unhappy in your work, these are all brilliant reasons to join and build in more time for yourself.
Caring for others?
If you have children or other relatives that need caring for, it can be so challenging to acknowledge that you sometimes need to prioritise yourself, it becomes such a habit not to, that we forget how!
You've probably heard the saying "you can't pour from an empty cup..." -And since the club is online and recordings can be watched at times that suit you, it makes self care easier to do.
Feeling overwhelmed with life?
It's so easy to get caught up with day-to-day living that we miss the big picture. Life can grind us down, trip us up and throw all sorts of things our way. If this is how you feel, then you would be so welcome here to find a way of unravelling the complexities of life and finding joy.
Self Care shouldn't be Stressful!
We all need to practice self care - but it's such a minefield and you can easily get overwhelmed knowing where to start - There are many resources out there but they are often so prescriptive and can be restrictive, especially if you lead a busy life - even just looking at the list of changes they tell you to make can leave you feeling deflated like you've already failed, so that's where the Self Care Club comes in....

- Supportive private community to give & receive encouragement & a safe place to talk
- Live & recorded classes and demonstrations in holistic therapies, hobbies & exercises to let you join in from home
