Hello, my name is Taliyah, or as a few people on IG know me as @the_ketobohemian. I am on a journey to health and fitness, along my journey I have lost a collective of 56.6 pounds. A lot of you have been asking me what I've done to lose as much weight as I have in only 5 short months, so here in this meal plan, I typed it all down for you guys, (I typed it all into both a PowerPoint & PDF file, all from the Microsoft office I have downloaded to my phone. and that was hard as heck, might I add. lol [because I unfortunately do not have a laptop]). This is a meal plan compromised of exactly what I ate to lose my first 25 pounds. I had no idea that I could eat this way. A lot of the food that I eat is insanely delicious!
